That is why we took the time to do some research and free trials of several introduced apps. After several failed attempts, we finally discovered Prontoforms. It helped increase our output and decrease productivity issues that have been going on for years. I have to admit that shifting into a paperless work environment wasn't easy at first. It took us months to adjust from using the old paper forms to digitalized versions. Eventually, all employees were able to grasp the concept and applied it to their daily processes. The majority of our clients are now more satisfied because we found a better way to collate information and present it in a way that would easily be understood.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> If you want to experience all the product's premium features, it is expected to pay more each month. Also, I have observed that not all built-in features are user friendly. It once took me a while to search for the documentation on how to get started with some of the features. Once they are done filling out the forms, they go directly to the file where all the information is transmitted and stored for further use. Whenever something goes wrong or an error message pops up on the screen, I don't have to worry about what to do next. All I need is to reach out to the support team, readily available to fix whatever problems I have and teach me things that I need to know.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> We currently have branches located outside the United States, so it would be nice to customize the forms into different local languages. This will be more comprehensive for the local staff and their clients. Working outdoors to collect a large amount of vital information can be such an overwhelming task to handle. We used to print out tons of forms to fill out ( handwritten) one by one, and it takes so much time and effort to finish the job. We are glad that we can create forms using Pronto and make it accessible using tablets and phones even during offline mode. Once all the information is collated, our workers don't have to spend hours to encode everything. The digital forms can be submitted directly to their respective platform. The system will be responsible for storing and organizing all of these data.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> One of the downsides of availing of Prontoforms is the cost of availing the product for a long time. In our case, we don't often create or change forms monthly, but we still have to pay for the monthly rate even for non-usage of the product. As much as I would like to end the subscription, it's not that easy because you are bound by a contract that would be a hassle to terminate. I wish that they could offer a temporary pause or suspension to help us save some money, even for just a couple of months only. Another thing that I have noticed is that not all types of forms are working smoothly. There are certain moments wherein field staff would call to complain about latency issues. No matter how easy or complicated the forms are, it can be done in less than an hour, contributing to the improvement of our current processes by more than a hundred percent. I would also like to commend the staff behind Prontoforms because of their dedication to providing us assistance despite this pandemic season. As much as we would like to maximize its usage to get all the real-time data that we need, unfortunately, we cannot achieve this writing. I inquired about this. That is why we took the time to do some research and free trials of several introduced apps. After several failed attempts, we finally discovered Prontoforms. It helped increase our output and decrease productivity issues that have been going on for years. I have to admit that shifting into a paperless work environment wasn't easy at first. It took us months to adjust from using the old paper forms to digitalized versions. Eventually, all employees were able to grasp the concept and applied it to their daily processes. The majority of our clients are now more satisfied because we found a better way to collate information and present it in a way that would easily be understood.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> If you want to experience all the product's premium features, it is expected to pay more each month. Also, I have observed that not all built-in features are user friendly. It once took me a while to search for the documentation on how to get started with some of the features. I am proud of the forms that I've made because it allows me to develop a set of questions and multiple choices that I would like the users/employees to fill up. Once they are done filling out the forms, they go directly to the file where all the information is transmitted and stored for further use. Whenever something goes wrong or an error message pops up on the screen, I don't have to worry about what to do next. All I need is to reach out to the support team, readily available to fix whatever problems I have and teach me things that I need to know.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> We currently have branches located outside the United States, so it would be nice to customize the forms into different local languages. This will be more comprehensive for the local staff and their clients. Upon installation, I knew that it wouldn't be difficult for the team to learn and transition into Prontoforms because of its easy functionality. The features are easy to familiarise, and creating forms from scratch is not that complicated to accomplish. I used to spend hours making a wide selection of forms for our services, and it's challenging to do them using word and excel sheets. With Prontoforms, I can create them within the app and integrate all the forms with our existing tools. It helps automate tasks to accomplish more things in a shorter amount of time. Since we transitioned, all our documents can be filled up offline, resulting in better accessibility for our happy customers.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> One of the things that I don't like about this product is the glitches that many employees experience while deployed in the field, which can be stressful for everyone. There are instances wherein the application stopped working while in the middle of filling out forms or attachments. My staff would usually give me a call and inform me about the app's problems. So I have no choice but to send the form as an attachment via email to continue working even if Prontoforms is down. I have to keep working with the staff of Prontoforms to address these issues.
