Behold, her younger sister who is better than she will be yours in her place”<p> <A name="4"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/judges/15-3.htm#aramaic"><b>3</b></a></span>And Samson said to them: “I am more blameless than the Philistines, because I do evil with you” <A name="5"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/judges/15-4.htm#aramaic"><b>4</b></a></span>And went on Samson and he caught three hundred foxes and he took torches and tied on their tails two foxes as one and he tied one torch between two foxes, between two of their tails <A name="6"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/judges/15-5.htm#aramaic"><b>5</b></a></span>And he set fire to the torches and he left them in the standing grain of the Philistines, and he burned from the shocks of corn and unto the standing grain and unto the vineyards and unto the olive trees <A name="7"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/judges/15-6.htm#aramaic"><b>6</b></a></span>And the Philistines were saying: “Who has done this?” They said Samson, son in law of the Tamnite, because he took his wife and gave her to his Groomsman.” And Philistines came up and they burned her and her household father in fire <A name="8"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/judges/15-7.htm#aramaic"><b>7</b></a></span>And Samson said to them: “Even if you will do so, I am going to be avenged of you and then I will cease!” <A name="9"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/judges/15-8.htm#aramaic"><b>8</b></a></span>And he struck them with slaughter from their legs and unto their loins, a great slaughter, and he went on and dwelt in an overhang of a cliff of Atmin<p> <A name="10"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/judges/15-9.htm#aramaic"><b>9</b></a></span>And the Philistines came up and camped in Yehuda <A name="11"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/judges/15-10.htm#aramaic"><b>10</b></a></span>And the men of Yehuda were saying: “Why have you come up?” They said, “To bind Samson we have come up, and we shall do to him as he did to us!” <A name="12"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/judges/15-11.htm#aramaic"><b>11</b></a></span>And three thousand men went down from Yehuda to the overhang that was at the cliff of Atmin, and they were saying to Samson: “Do you not know that the Philistines rule over us?
