By using Cinxe, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of Cinxe, including chat, business, files, image generation, settings, billing-related flows, and other workspace features.
You may use Cinxe only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Cinxe for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using them for business, legal, medical, financial, technical, operational, or other important decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials, authentication methods, and account access secure.
Paid plans may provide additional features, higher limits, or enhanced capabilities.
Where applicable, billing may be handled through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for charges, taxes, subscription commitments, and keeping payment information current.
You remain responsible for prompts, files, images, and other content you submit to Cinxe.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority to provide that content and that your use of Cinxe does not violate the rights of others.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Cinxe if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the platform or other users, failed billing obligations, or used the service in a prohibited manner.
Cinxe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, and non-infringement.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Cinxe after revised terms take effect means you accept the updated version.
