Its special emphasis lies on the question why \u0026amp;amp;amp;#39;robots\u0026amp;amp;amp;#39; do not produce (surplus) value. I argue, with Marx, that the production of value necessarily depends on the production of surplus value, and not vice versa. The production of surplus value however is only performed by the labour power commodity bought as variable capital.
