Las características de los nuevos emprendedores en las organizaciones se caracterizan por incorporar un elemento dinámico y de innovación, de superación y de adaptación constante, superando el concepto tradicional de aventura, expedición y conquista. Diferentes autores han estudiado la influencia para los emprendedores de las características personales, existiendo también una influencia de variables del entorno más cercano (familia, escuela, socialización) como de las características culturales del macroentorno, la cultura y sociedad local en la que habitan los emprendedores. Existen también diferentes modelos que centran el estudio de las conductas de los emprendedores con las características culturales de las sociedades a las que pertenecen las organizaciones. Para resolver este aspecto, se utilizó el constructo teórico llamado: Modelo LR de Liderazgo Creativo, esto con el propósito de conocer las características de los administradores de las empresas, a través del esquema de análisis denominado Estructura Metodológica Fundamentada para Investigaciones Sociales (EMFIS), para argumentar la validación y confiabilidad del modelo propuesto. Adicionalmente, el concepto de liderazgo creativo se describe como la capacidad de un equipo de gestión para resolver problemas de naturaleza emprendedora, a través de una toma de decisiones eficaz y eficiente, respaldada en cuatro dimensiones básicas, que son: Mejoramiento, Antecedentes, Creatividad y Contexto del Liderazgo Directivo. Abstract: The purpose of this research was to confirm the factors that describe the creative leadership of business managers. To solve this aspect, we used the theoretical construct called ‘Model LR of Creative Leadership’ that may aid us to identify the characteristics of the managers of the companies, through the analysis scheme called Grounded Methodological Structure for Social Research (GMSSR), to argue the validation and reliability of the proposed model. Se buscó responder a la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿cuál es la relación entre el liderazgo emprendedor y la innovación en empresas manufactureras del estado de Aguascalientes? Se realizó un estudio de corte descriptivo, correlacional y transversal. Además, se utilizó un instrumento con 56 reactivos con una escala tipo Likert de 7 puntos. La muestra estuvo conformada por 16 empresas del ramo manufacturero del estado. Los resultados indicaron que las dimensiones más importantes del liderazgo emprendedor son las siguientes: crear un entorno innovador, definir los objetivos principales, afrontar retos inesperados, y construir y dirigir el equipo.
