<div class="WordSection1"> <p>The UCSF Emergency Medicine APP Fellowship is sponsored by the UCSF Office of Advanced Practice Providers, UCSF Medical Center, and UCSF School of Nursing. The fellowship is a 12-month transition to practice program for new graduate APPs and is designed to expand on the knowledge and skills acquired during graduate or doctoral APP programs. The UCSF APP ED Transition to Practice Fellowship is in its first cohort and features clinical rotations, didactic education, mentorship, and a scholarly project. The program will be eligible to apply for accredidation starting in 2025.</p> <p>UCSF APP fellows are full-time salaried employees with health care and vacation benefits. Fellows are precepted and receive feedback throughout the program.</p> <p><strong>Deadline: We will be accepting applications from new graduate APPs March 1 - 31, 2025. </strong></p> <p>The Emergency Department at UCSF Helen Diller Medical Center provides care to patients with urgent medical conditions ranging from complex problems such as heart attacks and strokes to simple but pressing conditions such as cuts and broken bones. Care is provided 24 hours a day, serving more than 40,000 patients a year. It is the only Level 1 Geriatric Emergency Department in the Bay Area and also serves as a primary stroke and STEMI receiving center.</p> <p><strong>Deadline: The current application deadline for APPs is 5pm on March 31, 2025.</strong></p> <h2 style="text-align: justify;
