La plateforme Hypoth猫ses, rouage majeur de la communication directe en sciences humaines et sociales, du libre acc猫s des connaissances, se<em> </em>voit aujourd’hui fragilis茅e comme le montre la fermeture du formulaire de candidature, depuis plusieurs mois.</p> <span id="more-1512"></span> <p>Calenda, 茅tant aussi touch茅e de pr猫s par la question du dimensionnement des moyens 脿 ses missions, l’茅quipe du calendrier a fait le choix de partager ce texte. </p> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Prise de position</h2> <p class="has-subtle-background-background-color has-background">OpenEdition et la plateforme de carnets de recherche Hypoth猫ses jouent un r么le phare dans le paysage scientifique europ茅en de la diffusion scientifique en acc猫s ouvert. Hypoth猫ses h茅berge plus de 8000 carnets de recherche dans des langues diverses (dont certains sont r茅dig茅s dans plusieurs langues) et compte avec un r茅seau international de plus de 40 000 contributeurs/trices. Avec plus de 16 millions de visites par an, elle constitue un acteur fondamental de la science ouverte 脿 l鈥櫭ヽhelle europ茅enne. A l鈥檌ssue d鈥檜n mandat de trois ann茅es, le Conseil Scientifique d鈥橦ypoth猫ses s鈥檌nqui猫te de la fragilit茅 actuelle des moyens qui entrave le fonctionnement r茅gulier et le d茅veloppement d鈥橦ypoth猫ses. Cette situation est d鈥檃utant plus regrettable compte tenu de l鈥檈ngagement sans faille de l鈥檈nsemble des personnels affect茅s 脿 OpenEdition qui interviennent sur la plateforme Hypoth猫ses. Nous appelons les personnes et les institutions responsables du financement d鈥橭penEdition 脿 consid茅rer les contradictions manifestes entre les politiques nationales et europ茅ennes promouvant un espace scientifique num茅rique en libre d鈥檃cc猫s et la situation concr猫te dans laquelle se trouvent les structures qui 艙uvrent pour la construction de cet espace.
