العلمية للإفتاء.</p> <p class="has-text-align-right">وقد ذكرت الفتوى الواجبات الأساسية المتعلّقة بإعطاء الزكاة لأصناف المستحقين المخصوصين كما جاء في الفتاوى الأخرى. وذكرت أنّ الأصل فيمن تجب عليه الزكاة أن يؤديها ويعطيها بنفسه لمستحقيها من فقراء ومساكين بلده الذي وجبت فيه. ثم ذكرت الفتوى أنّه يجوز له توزيعها عبر وسيط وأنّه يجوز نقلها إلى المستحقين لها في بلد آخر، إن كانوا أحوج إليها من فقراء ومساكين بلد الوجوب. وفي خلاصة فتواهم أكّدوا استحقاقَ أولئك النازحين من بلدانهم، المذكورين في الاستفتاء، للزكاة، وجوازَ إيصالها لهم عن طريق المفوّضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين.</p> <div Laws regarding contributions to United Nations agencies vary from country to country. UNHCR does, however, partner with dedicated fundraising associations in a number of countries as well as having country specific offices with their own fundraising capacity. These countries include the USA, Germany, Spain, Japan, Australia, Italy, Canada, UK, South Korea, Hong Kong and Belgium. In order to make tax deductible donations through these offices you will need to donate through their individual websites.
