‎مشاهدة</span> </div>  <div class="entry-content blog_post_text blog_post_description"> <p class="has-text-align-right">دار الإفتاء المصرية هي إحدى مراكز البحوث الشرعية الإسلامية في مصر. تأسست عام 1895، وهي تعدّ إحدى أقدم المؤسسات الحديثة المعنية بإصدار الفتوى.</p> <p class="has-text-align-right">وقد أكّدت دار الإفتاء في عرضها للمقدّمات أنّ الذي تختاره للفتوى هو أنّ نقل الزكاة إلى بلد آخر وإعطاءها لشخص واحد جائز شرعًا. على أن تراعي التفريق أحيانًا في الفقه بين الشخص الطبيعي والشخص المعنوي الاعتباري. وقد دلّلت الفتوى على أنّ المفوّضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين تعدّ شخصًا معنويًّا اعتباريًّا وأنّ الآراء الفقهية التي تفرض قيودًا إضافية على توكيل غير المسلم بتوزيع الزكاة تنطبق على الشخص الطبيعي، لا على الشخص الاعتباري. ورأت دار الإفتاء أنّ إعطاء الزكاة للاجئين جائز شرعًا بشرط أن يندرجوا ضمن أحد الأصناف الثمانية. وتستخلص دار الإفتاء أنّه يجوز دفع مال الزكاة للمفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين على سبيل التوكيل لكي تقوم بتوزيعه وإيصاله لمستحقيه من اللاجئين والمنكوبين والمهجّرين والنازحين، ما داموا من أهل الاستحقاق، من حيث كونهم مسلمين من صنف الفقراء أو المساكين أو نحوهما من الأصناف المعتبرة التي تصرف لها الزكاة شرعًا، على ألا تأخذ المفوضية أيَّ شيء من
