center;"> </p> <p>The 360° views are absolutely beautiful, autumn colors of vegetation are sublime. Unfortunately the pleasure is very short. You realize very quickly that this 360° view of Google Street View is only possible on a very short segment of the line at the exit of the Albula tunnel! Apart from this part there is no more than 360° views but only photos from Panoramio. Yet Google Street View mode map shows many sections of the line which are covered by the 360° views: Filisur Bergün, Val Bever, Punt Muralg to Pontresina and the Bernina Pass to Poschiavo. Only a small part of Val Bever is covered with 360 ° views.<br />Great ad but great disappointment!<br />Other Swiss touristic attractions are much better presented in 360° views …. <a href="http://goo.gl/lqpTf" target="_blank"><strong>to see here</strong></a>.</p> <p><em>Les vues 360° sont absolument magnifiques, les couleurs automnales de la végétation sont sublimes. Malheureusement le plaisir est de très courte durée. On se rend compte très vite que cette vision 360° de Google Street View n’est possible que sur un très court segment de la ligne à la sortie du tunnel de l’Albula! En dehors de cette partie il n’y a plus de vues 360° mais uniquement des photos de Panoramio. Et pourtant, Google Street View en mode carte indique bien les sections de la ligne qui sont couvertes par les vues 360°: de Filisur à Bergün, le Val Bever, de Punt Muralg à Pontrésina et du Bernina Pass à Poschiavo. Il aura donc fallu attendre 2010 pour voir la rénovation de la deuxième section avec les deux nouvelles voitures (n°3 et 4) toujours construites par Gangloff. La mise en service de la deuxième section est prévue pour décembre 2010.<br /> Ce qui est particulièrement intéressant, c’est le chemin suivi par les nouvelles voitures n°3 et 4, de 16 tonnes chacune, pour arriver à l’évitement central de la deuxième section à 2450 mètres d’altitude. Depuis le col de Wolfgang (1631 mètres), entre Klosters et Davos, les voitures ont été transportées sur des plates formes automotrices télécommandées, Castor et Pollux, sur un chemin de montagne jusqu’à Parsennhütte (2200 mètres) puis jusqu’au Weissfluhjoch (2680 mètres), qui est le sommet de la deuxième section du funiculaire et delà les voitures ont été redescendues jusqu’à l’évitement central de la deuxième section (2450 m).<br /> Sur la video, à partir de 8:50, vous assistez à la pose d’une voiture sur les rails… d’abord un bogie puis l’autre… et à 9:37 le détail de l’ajustement de la roue extérieure, à double épaulement, sur le rail et le passage des mâchoires des freins parachutes de part et d’autre du rail extérieur!</em></p> <p><strong>Parsennbahn – Delivery of the new cars of the second section</strong></p> <p>On September 5, 2010, the two new cars in the second section of the funicular Parsennbahn ( in Davos in the canton of Graübunden in Switzerland) have been delivered and installed at the passing loop of the second section.<br /> Remember: in December 2002, the first section of Parsennbahn has been completely renovated and two new cars (1 and 2), built by Gangloff have replaced the old. height="80" /> </a></p> <p><strong>Serfaus</strong></p> <p>It was the opportunity to have a visit to Serfaus which is located just above the Inn valley. It was my second visit to Serfaus, ten years after my first visit in 1998! See <a href="https://www.funimag.com/funimag13/serfaus01.htm" target="_blank">my article about Serfaus and its small subway</a>.<br /> I remember you that this small ski resort has, since 1985, the <strong>smallest subway of the world which is a free cable hauled subway moving on air cushion</strong>!<br /> <em>C’était l’opportunité de faire une petite visite à Serfaus qui est situé juste au dessus de la vallée de l’Inn. Ma seconde visite à Serfaus, dix ans après celle de 1998! possède, depuis 1985, <strong>le plus petit métro du monde qui est un métro gratuit à câble et qui circule sur coussins d’air!</strong></em></p> <p><a
