Or has your application to become a long-term EU resident been rejected? The decision says whether you may wait for the decision on your objection in the Netherlands. A decision is an official letter from the IND with the decision on your application. <br>  </p> <h4>Are you allowed to wait for the decision in the Netherlands?</h4> <p>Then you can receive a residence endorsement sticker from the IND. A residence endorsement sticker is a sticker in your passport. The sticker is proof that you are allowed to wait for your process in the Netherlands. <a data-entity-substitution="canonical" data-entity-type="node" data-entity-uuid="5faab0c4-68af-4661-8567-3646a5de4ac4" href="/en/appointment-for-residence-endorsement-sticker" title="Appointment for residence endorsement sticker">Make an appointment at the IND desk for a residence endorsement sticker</a>.<br>  </p> <h4>What if you are not allowed to wait for the decision in the Netherlands?</h4> <p>This means that you have to leave the Netherlands. Do you want to wait for the decision in the Netherlands? Then you can apply to court for a provisional ruling. You must do this within 24 hours after you have received the decision from the IND.
