These can be recovered through <a href="/wiki/Precipitation_(chemistry)" title="Precipitation (chemistry)">chemical precipitation</a> or stripping processes, or simply by use of the wastewater or <a href="/wiki/Sewage_sludge" title="Sewage sludge">sewage sludge</a>.
