If you received incorrect, defective, or damaged tracts, <a href="/contact/">please contact</a> our customer service team.</p> <h2>Ebook, Audiobooks, and Other Digital Downloads</h2> <p>Digital products like ebooks and audiobooks are not returnable unless otherwise noted.</p> <h2>Books and Bibles</h2> <h3>Purchases by Individuals</h3> <p>Printed books and Bibles may be returned by individuals for full credit (except shipping) up to 90 days from the invoice date. Returned product must:</p> <ul> <li>Be in saleable condition (undamaged)</li> <li>Include the customer number and billing address on your invoice</li> <li>Be carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipment</li> <li>Be published by Crossway</li> </ul> <h3>Damaged Merchandise</h3> <p>Damaged/defective goods may be returned. Simply notify us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, indicating the nature of the damage and the number of books or Bibles.</p> <h3>Church / Retail Partner Orders</h3> <p>Any book or Bible published by Crossway may be returned for credit toward future purchases after 90 days from the invoice date. All we ask is that you verify that the book is still in print by checking our current order form and that your return be in good, saleable condition (undamaged, free of retail price stickers, and still on the current order form; unsaleable items will be returned and shipping costs will be charged to your account).</p> <h3>Returns With Invoice</h3> <p>To receive full credit on your return, provide us with your original invoice number and the discount received. Returns accompanied by an invoice will be credited at full net price.</p> <h3>Returns Without Invoice</h3> <p>If you prefer to return products without providing the original invoice information, your return will be accepted and credited at a 55% discount.</p> <h3>Overstocked Items</h3> <p>For your returns to be handled in a timely manner, please note the following:</p> <ul> <li>All returns must be prepaid (CODs not accepted)</li> <li>Include customer number and billing address with return</li> <li>Package returns carefully to avoid damage in shipment</li> <li>Do not return books that are not in saleable condition</li> <li>Return only items published by Good News / Crossway</li> </ul> <h3>ESV Bible Guarantee</h3> <p>We have a lifetime guarantee on all Calfskin, Genuine Leather, Bonded Leather, and TruTone© Bibles.
