terrorisme</h2> <h2>–</h2> <p>Le 7 mai 2020, la Commission europ茅enne a publi茅 un paquet d鈥檌nitiatives dans le domaine de la lutte contre le blanchiment d鈥檃rgent et le financement du terrorisme. Parmi celles-ci, un Plan d鈥檃ction pour une politique globale de l鈥橴E en mati猫re de pr茅vention du blanchiment de capitaux et de financement du terrorisme, dans lequel la Commission d茅voile ses priorit茅s de travail.</p> <p>Le CNUE suit avec grand int茅r锚t les travaux des institutions europ茅ennes dans ce domaine. Les dommages 茅conomiques caus茅s par le blanchiment de capitaux sont immenses et les dangers du financement du terrorisme sont 茅vidents.</p> <p>En Europe, de par leur statut d鈥檕fficier public, les notaires sont au centre du dispositif juridique des transactions immobili猫res et des actes de soci茅t茅s qui comptent parmi les canaux les plus importants des op茅rations de blanchiment. C鈥檈st pourquoi, ils doivent mettre en 艙uvre les recommandations du GAFI et la l茅gislation europ茅enne qui en d茅coule.
