<h2>–</h2> <p>Le projet « MAPE Successions » est une importante initiative cofinancée par l’UE qui vise à évaluer la mise en œuvre et l’impact du règlement sur les successions (UE) n° 650/2012 dans 22 États membres de l’UE de droit civil. Le projet a pour objectif de fournir des informations qualitatives et quantitatives sur le fonctionnement du règlement et ses effets sur les notaires et les citoyens.</p> <p>Le projet a mis en place une méthodologie de suivi et d’évaluation solide afin de garantir la précision et la fiabilité des données collectées. La phase de collecte a impliqué un nombre important d’experts, d’acteurs institutionnels et plus de 2 100 notaires, qui ont fourni des informations précieuses sur l’application pratique du règlement sur les successions. En outre, 65 notaires, sélectionnés sur la base de leur niveau d’expertise dans le domaine des successions transfrontalières, ont été consultés, apportant un large éventail de perspectives au projet. Ce questionnaire dynamique et multilingue a été conçu pour mesurer l’application pratique et les effets connexes de l’application du règlement par les notaires. Ce tableau de bord visualise les résultats les plus importants de l’enquête MAPE et peut être un outil intéressant pour les notaires, les chercheurs et les décideurs politiques qui souhaitent mieux comprendre comment le règlement sur les successions est mis en œuvre dans différents pays. En fait, l’outil interactif permet aux utilisateurs d’explorer et de comparer la manière dont les praticiens du droit appliquent le règlement sur les successions dans différents contextes nationaux en
