Last week, we needed to hire a programmer for a small freelance job. To my surprise, several candidates advertised they had completed programming <a title="Lessons to be learned from MOOCs, 2 years out" href="http://www.idea.org/blog/2013/04/22/lessons-to-be-learned-from-moocs-2-years-out/">MOOCs</a>.
