and knowledgeable. I had some issues and they helped me to resolve it, they are very patient and responsive. Once I learned how this program works I feel like an expert in this field. A QB rep made a mistake, and I got double billed because of it for many months. I spent hours on the phone being put on hold and transferred to one wrong department after another. After talking to six different departments, I was finally told that they won't refund the amount and that I would continue to be billed because the subscription isn't cancelled. I did cancel it. You can use up to 200-300 invoices per month, there is a batching features in case you want to send them all. It has easy reports, and integration with bank and credit card, it reduces the data entry and expense tracking. We can easily see the status of the bank account.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> It has limited reporting capabilities, there is not subsidiary reporting and it can be slow sometimes but I don’t know whether this is software’s issue or issue with our connection. Apart from that you can manage it on the go (online ) even from your smart phone. Most things flow naturally.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Their technical support is AWFUL!. They've now disconnected all published phone lines. Accessing support through the program is the "approved" method, but it does everything to frustrate one from actually contacting a live tech support individual. Lesser used features are often not so well thought out. For instance, we had to change bank information on our employment taxes when we changed banks. We couldn't clear out the old bank info to get the new bank info in its place. Quickbooks provided only a "Save" button, but no apparent way to "Delete." The old stuff just kept coming back no matter what we did. Eventually, after multiple calls to Intuit's Tech Support, a misadventure by itself, and escalations to the "top tier" of their support "team," we were told to clear out the old information, then "Click and Hold the "Save" button" until the screen cleared. That was their implementation for a "Delete" function. Thankfully, I have found out about QuickBooks and I started using it immediately. All my finances are kept up-to-date in manageable platform. This tool helped us to migrate from desktop Pc to Apple. It is extremely easy to work with it, all we have to do is to log in and use the accounting software on the laptops. After that I did end up taking a few courses online with a CPA referred by Quickbooks. I have had to call QB for support issues several times and they were very helpful in each occasion. The reports are easy to read if you know a little about bookkeeping and the P&L is very easy to dissect. Personally this is the only bookkeeping software I have used so I can't say that it is better than another or not, but I definitely recommend it. They even now are testing out a Beta where you can pay to have a CPA do a virtual chat with you and help you out with any thing you need. Right now they are helping me find some discrepancies and reconcile my transactions.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> It would be nice if there were a tutorial built in to QB so that we would not have to go searching for a second party tutorial. A QB rep made a mistake, and I got double billed because of it for many months. I spent hours on the phone being put on hold and transferred to one wrong department after another. After talking to six different departments, I was finally told that they won't refund the amount and that I would continue to be billed because the subscription isn't cancelled. I did cancel it. It doesn’t matter whether am at home or traveling I can always check the status of my account. I can easily update deposits, correct errors and check the status of the invoices. I can even email the customers instead of calling them.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I don’t like that when searching there are screens that the software insists on returning to the top before you can work on the page again, it shows up all the time no matter what I do. There is no need for manual work. I can locate my business finances from one location and access it from everywhere.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> If you don’t have an experience with accounting then it would be little difficult to use this tool.
