The app also allows me to auto-fill the schedule of the whole team, given that we have a fixed number of hours every week. It also allows you to review the time tracked before submitting it.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> There are a few times where we have to manually enter the time because there are discrepancies with the recorded time. This is an all-in-one software where we can do every HR-related task such as training, onboarding, payroll, benefits... all you can think of, it's there! I also love the mobile app because it allows me to access the software anytime, anywhere.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> It doesn't have a feature where it allows us to process the payments to our employees. We have to use other software for this. The UI is perfect, the layout is intuitive. Also, there are features that I use constantly and I like them to be more open instead of searching or navigate to them or they could add shortcut button at least. I like that I have one place with all HR data inside. I can easily find information and to present it in most understandable manner.
