Nitekim ceza infaz kurumuna giren kişilerin işledikleri suçlardan pişmanlık duyarak, tekrar benzer suçlar işlememek üzere ıslah olmuş bir şekilde topluma tekrar geri kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Ülkemizde ceza evi vaizleri aynı zamanda manevi danışmanlık ve rehberlik hizmetlerini de sürdürmektedir. Fakat manevi danışmanlık ve rehberlik hizmeti dini konularda bilgilendirme veya fetva vermekten tamamen farklıdır. Bu yüzden Gerek Batı&#39;da gerekse Ülkemizde sahada çalışan pek çok cezaevi vaizinin tespitleri de bu şekildedir ki cezaevi ortamında suç ve suçlu problemlerinin çözümünde ve suçluların rehabilitasyonunda din çok önemli bir fonksiyon icra etmektedir. Bu yüzden ülkemizde tutuklu ve hükümlülere verilecek manevi danışmanlık ve rehberlik hizmetlerinin gözden geçirilerek düzenlenmesi önem arzetmektedir. Ezért az autizmussal élő gyermekeknek egyénre szabott, komplex, autizmusspecifikus oktatási ellátásra/támogatásra van szükségük. Ez integrált vagy különnevelésben is megvalósulhat, mindkettőnek vannak potenciális előnyei és kockázatai. Jelen tanulmány fő célja megismerni autizmussal élő iskoláskorú gyermekek szüleinek döntési tényezőit az integrált vagy különnevelés vonatkozásában. Módszer: A nemzetközi szakirodalmat áttekintő tanulmányunk a PRISMA kritériumrendszerén alapul. Több keresőszó kombinációjának eredményeként a Web of Science és az ERIC nemzetközi adatbázisában, és egy folyóiratban összesen 548 kezdeti keresési találatot kaptunk. A beválogatási és kizárási kritériumok alapján, a cím, absztrakt majd a teljes szöveg vizsgálata során 13 releváns publikációt találtunk, melyeket részletesen áttekintettünk. Eredmények: A szülőket döntésükben főként autizmussal élő gyermekük általuk észlelt egyedi igényei és boldogsága vezérli. A sok bizonytalanságot és komoly distresszt jelentő döntési folyamatban a szülők korlátozottan tapasztalják meg saját ágenciájukat és a partneri együttműködést a szakemberekkel. A választáshoz szükséges információk erősen korlátozottak, ezért az informális források szerepe hangsúlyos. Következtetések: A nemzetközi áttekintés alapján is kulcsfontosságú lenne a szülők szakszerű informálása, az együttműködésen alapuló, az autizmussal élő gyermeket is bevonó iskolaválasztás és az inklúzió jelenlegi feltételeinek további javítása. Verilerin analizi için SPSS Programı kullanılmış ve eğitim, sağlık, bankacılık sektörlerinde çalışan 151 yöneticiye anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, yöneticilerin yaş, sektör ve çalışma yılı değişkenleri hariç demografik özellikleri ile gizli başarısızlık korkusu ve mesleki tükenmişlikleri arasında pek fazla anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamış; buna karşılık gizli başarısızlık korkusu ile mesleki tükenmişlik arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular mesleki tükenmişlik ile gizli başarısızlık korkusu arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. Buna karşılık yöneticilerin yaş ve sektör değişkeni hariç demografik özellikleri ile gizli başarısızlık korkusu ve mesleki tükenmişlikleri arasında pek fazla anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır. Bu bozuklukta kişi vücudunun parazitler ya da böcekler tarafından sarıldığına dair yanlış ve sabit bir inanışa sahiptir. İlgili sanrı hastanın vücudunu istila ettiğini iddia ettiği parazit ya da küçük böceklere dair t ı bbi bir kanıt olamamasına rağmen devam eder. Etiyolojisine göre primer ve sekonder olarak ayrılan bu bozukluğun primer tipi DSM-IV&#39;de somatik tip sanrısal bozukluk olarak s ı n ı flandırılmıştır. Delüzyonel Parazitoza neden olabilecek sekonder nedenler arasında; demans, psikotik bozukluk, şizofreni, obsesif kompülsif bozukluk, bipolar bozukluk gibi psikiyatrik hastalıklar yanında, diabetes mellitus, hipertansiyon, vitamin yetmezlikleri ve endokrin bozukluklar gibi organik hastalıklar sayılabilir. Tedavisinde düşük doz antipsikotikler kullanılır. Psikiyatrik bir bozukluk olmasına rağmen hastalar genelde önce aile hekimleri, iç hastalıkları hekimleri ya da dermatologlara başvururlar. İçgörüdeki yetersizlik nedeniyle bu tür hastalar psikiyatrik tedaviye yönlendirmek güçtür. Bu durum gereksiz tetkik ve tedavi maliyetleri yanında, hastanın gerekli psikiyatrik tedaviyi geç almasına hem de hasta ve yakınlarının mağduriyetine sebep olmaktadır. Bu olgu bildiriminde diyabet ve hipertansiyonu olan, aynı zamanda anksiyetenin eşlik ettiği tekrarlayan depresif dönemlere sahip sekonder/sekonder işlevsel parazitozlu bir hasta ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışma ile araştırmacılara belirlenen YÖM örneklemi dahilinde &#39;düzen&#39; temelli bir sorgulamaya dayanan kapsamlı veriler sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma nitel paradigma çerçevesinde şekillenmiş bir doküman incelemesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemini rastlantısal seçilmiş elli adet bağlama çalgısı YÖM oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilmiş ve uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda şekillenmiş &#39;YÖM değerlendirme formu&#39; kullanılmıştır.
