Since the early 1980s he has advised companies on deregulation in various fields, including the postal sector, telecommunications, air transport, and energy markets. <br class='autobr' /> After graduating from Harvard, he worked with U.S., U.K., and French law firms in New York and Paris and also served a traineeship with the DG Competition of the European Commission. For the past decade he has divided his time between Brussels and Paris.
