Name of the project: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preservation and restoration of the Dien Bien Phu Stronghold Group.</span></p> <p><b>3.Organization committee: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dien Bien Province Civil and Industrial Works Project Management Board.</span></p> <p><b>4.Competition method:</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Competition for individuals and consulting organizations with sufficient professional capacity, practicing according to current law and voluntarily participating.</span></p> <p><b>5.Project group, type, level of main works of the project: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Group B, civil works, level II works.</span></p> <p><b>6.Construction location: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Thanh Truong ward, Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province (De Castries bunker).</span></p> <p><b>7.Competition requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Level of works: Civil works, level II.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Scope of research, sketch construction for restoration (about 10ha)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Investment in renovating and supplementing the area of De Castries bunker.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preservation, renovation, reconstruction of artillery positions and artillery bunkers; barracks, field hospitals, military medical bunkers; traffic system, traffic trench system, earthen bunkers and resistance nests, barbed wire fence system, various types of parachutes, systems of materials and equipment to create landscapes surrounding the De Castries Bunker area – the French Command Center in Dien Bien Phu…</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Other auxiliary items such as: Preservation and restoration of relic items currently displayed outdoors (cannons, tanks, aircraft wrecks…).</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Organizing exhibitions, introducing additional relics and some other related investment contents.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Estimated restoration cost: 252,000,000,000 VND.</span></li> </ul> <p><b>8.Time, location of organization and submission of application documents:</b></p> <p><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">8.1.
