These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Alpha Domus Ltd at any time.</p> </p> </div> <div id="deliveries" class="terms-anchor" style="position: relative; top: -90px;"></div> <div class="pb-80 max-w-500"> <p> <p>DELIVERIES<br /> NZ Post will deliver Monday to Friday throughout the year expect public holidays. <br /> North Island please allow 1-3 days for delivery.<br /> South Island allow 2-4 days for delivery. <br /> Rural delivery - please add a day to standard shipping times.<br /> <br /> We will undertake every endeavor to dispatch online orders no later than 4 business days after the day your order has been received by us, and you have received an order confirmation email. An actual delivery date cannot be guaranteed. <br /> <br /> If you choose to have your wine left at a specific place using the shipping instructions when ordering online, the wine will not be insured once it is left by the courier.<br /> <br /> Freight is calculated at checkout when address has been entered in.<br /> We do not deliver to Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island and the Chatham Islands.<br /> <br /> If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you, damaged goods must be reported and emailed to us within 72 hours.<br /> When opening your delivery and the order has been fulfilled incorrectly, we will correct this. We will not be liable for any loss to a customer where a third party has gained unauthorised access to customer information held by Alpha Domus.<br /> The measures Alpha Domus uses to keep customers information secure are;<br /> The encryption transfer of personal data placed on the website by the customer.<br /> Once the customers personal data is received it will be stored on a secure server protected by firewall to try and prevent unauthorized access from the internet.<br /> Alpha Domus will not be responsible for any loss, cost or expenses either directly or indirectly incurred by a customer or as a result of a customer using the website. There will be no replacement sent if Alpha Domus is not notified of non delivery within this timeframe.<br /> <br /> Your Merlin pack wines will from time to time have a change of vintage and varietal variation depending on availability, always with your best seasonal selection in mind.<br /> <br /> No further discounts or promotions can be applied to the special Merlin member pricing.<br /> Alpha Domus promotions do not attract the special Merlin member pricing.<br /> Alpha Domus has the right to modify prices, discounts, benefits and change frequency options available. <br /> Members are able
