property="content:encoded"><p>11月3日波蘭Belchatow醫院的清潔工和廚房員工將會展開一個無期罷工。最近幾個工人因為病假而直接被資方開除，這些身障女工是ZSP工會在醫院的會員。Delfa公司在今年開始接下Belchatow醫院外包出去的清潔與膳食工作，在Belchatow醫院外派了100多名的員工，他們近期不斷地解雇工人。工人在病假期間被資方直接開除，前後總共有30人遭到裁撤。剩下來的工人決定在星期一展開無期限的罷工行動，140人將會加入這場行動，我們預計資方將會撤空醫院。</p> <p>其實ZSP的醫院員工在這一年走過風雨。去年Belchatow醫院經過外包公司交替，現在的Delfa公司本不打算續聘前一個外包公司的工人，經過工人長期的行動抗議，終於保住所有工人的工作。這個爭議過程中，工人經歷過3個月失業、也佔領了醫院，加上持續不斷的抗議，最終他們爭取回自己的工作。但是，好不容易爭取的工作權卻持續的遭到Delfa公司以不同的方式對工人做勞動壓縮、無故開除，留下來的人又被迫承擔離職者的工作份量。現在一個工人的平均工時是一個月200個小時，身障工人則是被要求一星期工作35小時。</p> <p>工人不僅在醫院的日常工作日遇到很多問題，每當有工人請病假的時候，他們更是可能遇到被告知不需要回來工作的非預警開除。當然，在波蘭因病假開除工人是非法的，強迫身障工人做超時、超量工作也違法，但是這絲毫不使Delfa對工人的剝削行動有任何影響。</p> <p>工人們現在提出以下的要求:<br /> -將開除的工人立即復職<br /> -縮減工作小時<br /> -夜晚工作的合理補助<br />
