I recommend the app for agencies that can use it for their digital campaigns. The vendor sells their data to other partners so segments in Exelate or DLX come from them. We use the data integration to target our campaigns more effectively which has boosted the media ROI.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Buying data is expensive. First, you need to wait for new segments to be populated. Second, you have to reduce the inventory to an acceptable percentage. It offers amazing analytics for proper measurement and tracking of defined KPIs. Finally, the customer support agents are knowledgeable and very helpful.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> There are a few drawbacks I would like to point out. There is no free trial offered to help you test the features beforehand. The user interface is not intuitive which makes navigation hard.
