На побудову цих взаємин впливають традиційні поняття, які існують лише в Японії. Наставники відіграють значну роль у соціально-психологічній та професійній адаптації новопризначеного вчителя під час обов’язкової програми входження в професію, яка співпадає з випробувальним періодом. Успіх шкільної частини стажування значно залежить від міжособистісних стосунків, які сформуються між наставником і підопічним. У статті висвітлено унікальність формування їхніх взаємин під впливом складного культурного феномена «уті-сото». Метою статті є дослідження впливу культурно історичного принципу «уті-сото» на стосунки наставника і молодого вчителя в Японії. У статті зроблено висновок, що вирішальним фактором продуктивності їхньої співпраці є сприйняття новачка досвідченим учителем, як члена своєї групи «уті», що насамперед призводить до більш довірливого характеру спілкування і дає можливість попередити можливу дезадаптацію. У разі ставлення до початківця, як до стороннього із групи «сото», настанови досвідченого вчителя перестають бути консультативними і призводять до директивного характеру стосунків. Результати дослідження дають можливість подальшого творчого використання позитивного японського досвіду з професійної адаптації вчителів у перший рік після Наставники відіграють значну роль у соціально-психологічній та професійній адаптації новопризначеного вчителя під час обов’язкової програми входження в професію, яка співпадає з випробувальним періодом. Успіх шкільної частини стажування значно залежить від міжособистісних стосунків, які сформуються між наставником і підопічним. У статті висвітлено унікальність формування їхніх взаємин під впливом складного культурного феномена «уті-сото». Метою статті є дослідження впливу культурно історичного принципу «уті-сото» на стосунки наставника і молодого вчителя в Японії. У статті зроблено висновок, що вирішальним фактором продуктивності їхньої співпраці є сприйняття новачка досвідченим учителем, як члена своєї групи «уті», що насамперед призводить до більш довірливого характеру спілкування і дає можливість попередити можливу дезадаптацію. У разі ставлення до початківця, як до стороннього із групи «сото», настанови досвідченого вчителя перестають бути консультативними і призводять до директивного характеру стосунків. Серед передумов, які вплинули на запровадження програми для вчителів-початківців, були визначені особливості педагогічної підготовки в університетах, працевлаштування та перебування на посаді вчителя. Висвітлено головні соціальні зміни і їх вплив на сферу вищої освіти. Розглянуто національну політику щодо реформування системи професійної підготовки вчителів. Визначені проблеми педагогічної освіти в Японії та останні зміни, спрямовані на подолання цих труднощів. (2017) Сопоставление репрезентаций образов студента, преподавателя и будущей профессии в языковом сознании японских и русских студентов</a><div class="ds-related-work--metadata"><a class="js-wsj-grid-card-author ds2-5-body-sm ds2-5-body-link" data-author-id="71947616" href="https://sfu-kras.academia.edu/AndreyYakovlev">Andrey Yakovlev</a><span>, </span><a class="js-wsj-grid-card-author ds2-5-body-sm ds2-5-body-link" data-author-id="77556500" href="https://independent.academia.edu/SophiaTelesheva">Sophia Elizarova</a></div><p class="ds-related-work--abstract ds2-5-body-sm">Описаны результаты эксперимента, носящего предварительный характер, целью которого было выявление общих специфических черт языкового сознания японских студентов и их сравнение с соответствующими чертами языкового сознания русских студентов. Такое исследование актуально в свете различия между азиатскими и европейскими культурами и его преломления в средствах репрезентации языкового сознания носителей разных культур. Среди 30 студентов Университета префектуры Аити был проведён ассоциативный эксперимент, стимулами в котором были словосочетания, связанные с преподавателями и студентами, а также будущей работой и учебной средой. В статье проанализированы лишь реакции на стимулы, связанные с образами студента, преподавателя и будущей профессии. Данные эксперимента анализируются в сопоставлении с описанным ранее подобным экспериментом с русскими студентами. Результаты эксперимента выявляют национально-культурную специфику языкового сознания японских студентов, имеется много реакций, имеющих ярко выраженную обусловленность культурными и социальными условиями Японии: трудолюбие, уважение к старшим, высокие технологии и т. п. Существенным отличием языкового сознания японских студентов от языкового сознания их русских сверстников является разница между образами студента и преподавателя, с одной стороны, и образами идеального студента и идеального преподавателя, с другой. Так, образ идеального преподавателя, по-видимому, близок образу реального преподавателя, чего совсем не наблюдалось в реакциях русских студентов. К тому же образ реального преподавателя выражается в основном положительными реакциями, чего тоже нельзя сказать о реакциях русских студентов. При этом значительно больше, чем в реакциях русских студентов, число нейтральных реакций — таких, которые не имеют экспрессивной окраски, и на данный момент не ясно, объясняется ли это культурной спецификой или какими-то иными причинами. Нельзя однозначно утверждать, что языковое сознание японского студента в целом сильно отличается от языкового сознания русского студента: такие отличия не носят глобального характера, а относятся к каждому образу языкового сознания отдельно.</p><div class="ds-related-work--ctas"><button class="ds2-5-text-link ds2-5-text-link--inline js-swp-download-button" data-signup-modal="{"location":"wsj-grid-card-download-pdf-modal","work_title":"Яковлев А.А., Елизарова (Телешева) С.В. The study is focused upon strategies of migrants' adaptation and specifics of the migrant community as such. The author draws a special attention to the fact that reminiscences of the Soviet presence in Mongolia (namely, positive attitudes towards «Soviet specialists»), were extrapolated to migrants of the post-Soviet period. However, the receiving society has undergone certain changes as well as factors underlying present day out migration of Russian citizens to Mongolia. Проведен анализ отечественных и зарубежных исследований, посвященных мотивации выбора педагогической профессии, рассмотрены закономерности влияния соотношения внутренних, внешних и альтруистических мотивов на удовлетворенность профессией. Представлены результаты беседы с начинающими учителями, направленной на выявление изменений мотивации профессиональной деятельности в начале педагогического пути и факторов на это влияющих. В ходе исследования было установлено, что большинство опрошенных, выбравших профессию учителя на основе внутренних и альтруистических мотивов, включаясь в непосредственную педагогическую деятельность, все больше внимания уделяют внешним мотивам, что объясняется недостаточной информированностью о реалиях педагогического труда, высокими трудозатратами и отсутствием представлений о карьерном развитии в профессии. В целом это повышает риски раннего ухода из профессии и требует усиления ценностно-смысловых оснований как в период профессиональной подготовки педагогов, так и на этапе включения в профессиональную деятельность. This article examines the peculiarities of professional motivation among novice teachers in the context of the challenge of retaining young professionals in the modern Russian school system. The analysis encompasses domestic and international research on the motivation for choosing the teaching profession, exploring the patterns of how internal, external, and altruistic motives influence professional satisfaction. The study presents the results of interviews with novice teachers, aimed at identifying changes in motivation for professional activity at the beginning of their teaching careers and the influencing factors. The research reveals that many respondents, initially drawn to teaching by internal and altruistic motives, increasingly shift attention to external motives upon engaging in direct pedagogical activities. This shift is attributed to insufficient awareness of the realities of teaching, high workload, and a lack of understanding about career development within the profession. Overall, this increases the risks of early career departure, emphasizing the need to strengthen the value-based foundations during both the teacher training period and the initial phase of
