<div> <div class="text-long"><p class="rtecenter">State or local agencies required to file reports with the Legislature shall submit a printed copy or electronic copy to the Secretary of the Senate, an electronic copy to the Chief Clerk of the Assembly, and an electronic or printed copy to the Office of Legislative Counsel.</p> <p class="rtecenter">Reports submitted to the Secretary of the Senate
