To achieve this goal, this research used a mixed or combination type of research (mixed methodology). This study took suburban elementary schools in each district in Bali as the samples in which one school was chosen from each district. The total number of samples were 9 schools with 155 students. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of (1) the implementation of the School Literacy Program and (2) students&#39; reading interests. The results of this study were that the implementation of the School Literacy Program in suburban elementary schools in Bali was carried out only at the habituation stage. It was done through reading activities for 15 min before the learning activities began. These activities utilized the reading corners in each class. The implementation of the School Literacy Program had a significant effect on students&#39; reading interest in suburban elementary schools throughout the province of Bali. This research takes a qualitative method, including interview, observation, and documentation as tools. The gathered data were then examined using Miles and Huberman&amp;#39;s hypothesis. According to the study&amp;#39;s findings, the preparation for the implementation of the School Literacy Movement at SMP Negeri 1 Talang Ubi was adequate in terms of building preparation, library administration, and the acquisition of reading books. However, school residents&amp;#39; preparation and public participation have not been emphasized. Data collection techniques are interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is done by using source triangulation. The results of this study found that: The implementation of the school literacy movement in Junior High Schools in Majene Regency has been carried out for 2 years, where the stages include: a) The habituation stage, reading reading books before starting learning is carried out every day. b) The development stage, reading books, accompanied by non-academic bills, such as making summaries of reading results or making written works, and utilizing the literacy environment in the form of reading corners for each class and library. The impact of the implementation of the school literacy movement is that students&#39; reading interest continues to increase.
