Of relevance, the prophet's companions were apprenticed to the Prophet (Muhammad peace be upon him) who accorded their attention at the pausing and recommencement on the one hand. On the other hand, the Muslim scholars who were aboriginally descended from the Arab Mashreq and Muslim Maghreb ancestors were keen considerably on this science at their narratives and writings so that all laymen could understandably read and mull over with reference to the first genesis bases which were set by the scholars at this science for the purpose of reaching the debatable matters of which were : Does the Quranic pausing is ordained by Allah or we can ameliorate further? Are the ameliorations introduced by Muslims personal inference ? Do the difference in pausing a role in pointing out plethora of meanings to the Quranic verse or the meaning is merely unified ? Does the Quranic pausing set by the Islamic Maghreb scholars merely expansionary complement to the Al Mashreq scholars scientists ? Of significance, I extrapolated the pausing and recommencement science from the perspective of Mashreq and Maghreb scholars as far as possible given that I relied on the inductive, historical, financial and economic field, which is digital currency or what is commonly known as the Bitcoin, a topic that has received the atten� tion of many individuals and countries. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency that is traded on the market as an alternative to the traditional form of money. The researcher finds this subject serious and important at the present time and seeks to determine Islamic ruling on it within the framework of Shari'a. The study tackles the authenticity of Bitcoin, its characteristics and its ori� gins as it investigates the extent to which it complies with Islamic money regulations, in an attempt to come to a conclusive ruling on it, which will help researchers and specialists of Islamic sciences use the data of this re� search for further investigations. The researcher concluded that cryptocur� rencies in their current form are not compliant with Shari'a, because they are not in line with money regulations as set by Islamic jurists and because of الحديث عن نشأة مقاصد الشريعة وتطور التأليف فيها، وإزالة اللبس المنهجي الذي يقع فيه البعض حين لا يفرقون بين الفكر المقاصدي وبين التأليف في مقاصد الشريعة، وكذلك عدم التفريق بين مقاصد الشريعة وبين بعض المصطلحات المستعملة في مقاصد الشريعة. والمنهج المتبع فيه هو منهج وصفي نقدي. وقد خلص البحث إلى ضرورة التفريق بين الفكر المقاصدي وبين التأليف في مقاصد الشريعة والحديث عن المصطلحات المستخدمة في موضوعاتها. فالفكر المقاصدي يمثل العلاقة الفكرية التي تربط بين المجتهد وبين النصوص الشرعية، وتثمر تفسيرا لتلك النصوص يبعد أو يقرب من حقيقة قصد الشارع تبعا للمنطلقات الفكرية التي ينطلق منها المجتهد It also attempts to discuss this specialized art based on the problems of translating literary texts faced by the students especially from English to Arabic. The researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical methodologies where she has given a full account of Arabic and English culture backgrounds as well as literary genres of these two languages. In addition, the researcher analyzes a number of 21 students' perceptions about William Shakespeare's "A Midsummer's Night Dream" which translated from English into Arabic and their difficulties in understanding the meaning of the text. The results of the study have shown that most of the respondents enjoyed reading translated literary texts from English to Arabic even though they encountered some difficulties to understand the meaning.
