Vizsgálatunk annak feltárását célozta, hogy milyen felkészítő és támogató oktatói tevékenységek, hallgató-társas környezeti elemek és gyakorlati tevékenységformák segíthetik a tanárjelöltek felkészülését a pedagógus pályára. Tanulmányunkban a „Tanítsunk Magyarországért!”program– egyetemi hallgatókra tett hatását mutatjuk be. Igyekszünk rávilágítani, milyen globalizációs folyamatokhoz illeszkedik az iskola teljesítménye, továbbá a beavatkozások milyen pozitív vagy negatív megerősítéseket jelentenek a rendszer számára. A magyarországi helyzetkép áttekintésekor vázoljuk az oktatási rendszer szelektivitását, szólunk a szegregációról és integrációról. Bemutatjuk a magyar közoktatásban létrejött paradigmaváltást, és az inklúzív, befogadó iskola szerepét a magyarországi integrációs törekvések keretében. A kooperatív munka jelen van a termelés minden szintjén. Mindezekre egyfajta válasz lehet a kooperatív tanulás, mint oktatási módszer bevezetése a felsőoktatásban.
