If you have any questions or queries that are not answered below please contact us using the link above or send us an email.</p> <h3>I’m a shop – how do I order from Turnaround?</h3> <p>We are primarily a trade distributor and new stores are always warmly welcomed! New customers can request a sign-up form from our customer services team. Once you have an account with us, you can place an order by simply contacting customer services using the details above.</p> <p>Customers who have an account with Turnaround and who are registered with PubEasy can order our titles through the PubEasy website.</p> <h3>Back Orders</h3> <p>If an item you order via any of the above methods is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You can always contact our customer services team to get a copy of your back order list and they can amend or cancel it if required.</p> <h3>Tax Charges</h3> <p>For customers within the UK ordering non-book products (excluding maps), VAT will be added at the appropriate rate. Books, magazines and maps are zero-rated for VAT purposes and no additional charge will be made for such items.</p> <h3>Credit Card Security</h3> <p>When an order is placed on our website, credit card information is encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted upon reaching a member of our customer service team.
