He opened the original Dubway in the Music Building at 584 Eighth Avenue. Word quickly spread about the lone engineer in a tiny studio who could conjure up amazing sounds using only one blown speaker and a beat-up four-track. His work can be heard on numerous hit children's television shows including <em>Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles</em>, <em>WordWorld</em>, <em>Bubble Guppies</em>, and <em>Wallykazam!</em></p><p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">In film, he has contributed to Alejandro G. Iñárritu’s <em>The Revenan</em>t, Godfrey Reggio's <em>Naqoyqatsi</em>, Abel Ferrara's 4:44 <em>Last Day on Earth</em>, and the Showtime documentary <em>Comedy Warriors</em>, among others. Finding Dubway almost immediately upon graduation, he began as an intern, but soon found himself engineering. He has sound designed for Rhumba’s new children's podcasts <em>Remy’s Place </em>and <em>Season Isle </em>and has spent countless hours recording VO for clients such as Nickelodeon and WNYC. Louis also works on short films from front to back, production shoots to the re-recording mix. She holds a Bachelor’s in Music Business with a concentration in Vocal Performance from the University of Arkansas. After graduating and touring the Balkans with her university’s Schola Cantorum in 2019, Sydney moved to New York City and began her work as an audio engineer at Dubway Studios. At Dubway, Sydney has had the pleasure of working on a variety of projects including: audiobooks, podcasts, music recording and mixing, foley recording and performing, live sound engineering, and post-production sound mixing.</p><p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">In addition to her work at Dubway, Sydney freelances as a post-production sound mixer as well as a live sound engineer. Aside from being a classically trained vocalist, Sydney plays both the clarinet and the piano. Since then, Marc has worked on projects that extend beyond music including podcasts, audiobooks, and voice over work.</p><p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Marc has worked with a wide range of artists from independent songwriters to academy award winning actors. His knowledge of music theory and composition has proven to be a valuable asset in his approach to engineering. Since arriving at Dubway, he has worked with clients of all ilk, including Panopticon Films, Q Lazzarus, Janie Cooke, and Pure Dynamite.
