I also appreciated that the design was functional and simple. Another thing that I like is how this web-based system made it easy to organize, administer, and manage massage centers, beauty salons, and spas. I was also impressed by the features available for rental booths, point of sale, appointment scheduling, customer database and payroll management, and inventory control. All of these things have made this a really powerful tool.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I know that this software is really well-known and that it is held in high regard in the industry, but I think improvements can still be made. One glaring thing that they should really have by now is a mobile application. It is not only an advantage for the appointments, but I've also incorporated my salon product inventory here, so much as to make work even lighter to handle.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Making the whole booking system fail-proof is something I want to see in a future version of this software.
