רוח. בשנים האחרונות, ניתן לזה ביסוס מדעי בעשרות מחקרים. פרסומים במרכזים רפואיים במקומות שונים בעולם הצביעו על יעילות התבלין בטיפול בדכדוך בקבוצות ניסוי. בתחילה נוסו תכשירי זעפרן אל מול פלסבו (תרופת ונמצא שיעילות התבלין עולה כאשר מוסיפים לנוסחה רכיבים של כורכום שגם לגביו נמצא שמגביר את האפקטיביות של התרופות נוגדות הדכדוך…<br /> תמצית הזעפרן הייחודית AFFRON המצויה ב-SAFFROX – הינה מיצוי המיוצר בחברת תרופות, המבטיח כמות קבועה ומדויקת של החומרים הפעילים שבזעפרן.<br /> השימוש בזעפרן נחקר קלינית ונמצא בטוח, אינו פוגע בזיכרון, איכות השינה, ריכוז או במערכת הלב וכלי הדם. הוא אינו גורם להתמכרות ונטול תופעות לוואי. הזעפרן נמצא מתאים לשימוש בדכדוך, דכדוך לאחר לידה (כתכשיר טבעי, מותר בהנקה), חרדה, אי שקט, רוגז ותופעות פסיכוסומטיות כמו גם למצויים בתהליכי גמילה מסמים או אלכוהול.</p> <h2 העצביים סרוטונין, נוראדרנאלין ודופאמין. לכן, מחסור בחומצה פולית עלול להוביל לירידה במצב הרוח. מניסויים מתברר כי עד 60% מהאוכלוסייה בארה"ב אינם מסוגלים להפיק תועלת מהחומצה הפולית המתקבלת מהמזון עקב תת-פעילות של אנזים מסוים, שהופך את החומצה הפולית לזמינה למערכת העצבים. השילוב של חומצה פולית בצורתה המחוזרת (L-Methylfolate) ביחד עם הזעפרן מאפשר להתגבר על בעיה זו ולהביא לשיפור במצב הרוח. מחקרים מראים שתוספת הנוסחה הייחודית עשויה לסייע אפילו לאנשים הסובלים מדכדוך עמיד לתרופות.<br /> בנוסף לרכיבים אלה, ספרוקס מכיל את ה"MAGNOX" – רכיב המגנזיום הפטנטי שמטרתו לשפר את היכולת האנרגטית וכן גם ויטמיני B6 ו – B12, שנחשבים בעלי השפעה מרגיעה במצבי סטרס.</p> <h2 class="orangetitle">הקשר בין זעפרן – לשיפור התפקוד המיני בנשים וגברים</h2> <p><strong>מעל מחצית מהמשתמשים בתרופות נגד דכדוך מדווחים על תופעות לוואי שליליות, שהנפוצות בהן הן אובדן הדחף המיני, אי הגעה לאורגזמה והעדר זיקפה.</strong><br /> בעוד שהגברים מושפעים לעיתים קרובות יותר, נשים מדווחות על תופעות לוואי חמורות יותר. מחקר שבדק את השכיחות של הפגיעה בתפקוד המיני עם שימוש בנוגדי דכדוך ממשפחת SSRI ו -Effexor מצא כי עד 73% (!!!) מהחולים סובלים מתסמינים מיניים אלה, היכולים להימשך זמן רב לאחר הפסקת הטיפול בתרופה.<br /> מצב זה הניע את המדענים לקרוא לרופאים "לשקול את ההשפעה של טיפול תרופתי על התפקוד המיני של המטופלים". למרבה הצער, לאחר שאנשים מדוכאים ואפילו אובדניים נאבקים במשך שנים עם תרופות נוגדות דכדוך שונות, כאשר הם משיגים סוף סוף הקלה יציבה עם מינון מסוים של תרופה, רופאים אינם ששים לשנות את המינון שלהם "רק" כדי למנוע את הסימפטומים המיניים. במקום זאת, רופאים רושמים תרופות נוספות שמטרתן "לקזז" את חוסר התפקוד המיני שנגרם על ידי תרופות נוגדות דכדוך. אבל לתרופות נוספות אלו תגובות שליליות משלהן.</p> <p>מחקרים שבחנו את השפעת תמצית זעפרן על התפקוד המיני, מצאו שהיא מהווה פתרון טבעי, יעיל ובטוח לנטרול ההשפעות השליליות של נוגדי דכדוך על התפקוד המיני. המטופלים (נשים וגברים כאחד) דיווחו על שיפור דרמטי בתפקוד ובתשוקה המינית.</p> <p>במחקר אקראי, כפול סמיות, גויסו 36 <strong>גברים</strong> נשואים עם הפרעת דכדוך משמעותית שתסמיניה טופלו בהצלחה באמצעות פרוזאק – אך היו להם תלונות על ירידה בתפקוד המיני. חלקם קיבלו, בנוסף למינון הרגיל של התרופה שלהם זעפרן, וחלקם קיבלו פלצבו. התפקוד המיני הוערך באמצעות מדד סטנדרטי. לאחר ארבעה שבועות בלבד, הגברים בקבוצת הפרוזאק-פלוס-זעפרן חוו שיפור משמעותי יותר בתפקוד הזיקפה ובשביעות הרצון מאשר בקבוצת הפרוזאק-פלצבו. צוות המחקר קבע כי תמצית זעפרן הוא "טיפול נסבל ויעיל" עבור הפרעות בתפקוד המיני הגברי הנגרמות על ידי Prozac.</p> <p>לאחר מכן, מדענים יצאו לקבוע אם זעפרן יכול לעזור באופן דומה (כלומר לנטרל את ההשפעות השליליות בתפקוד המיני) שחוו <strong>נשים</strong> שטופלו בתרופות נוגדות דכדוך. ב -2013 גייסו מדגם של 38 נשים, שלכולן היה דכדוך ושטופלו בפרוזאק – אך סבלו מסוגים שונים של תפקוד מיני לקוי שנגרם על ידי תרופה נוגדת דכדוך זו. במחקר כפול סמיות, חולקו הנשים באופן אקראי לשתי קבוצות שהאחת קיבלה תוספת תמצית זעפרן והשאר קיבלו פלצבו. כל המשתתפות המשיכו לקחת את המינון הרגיל של Prozac, והערכות נעשו באמצעות מדד התפקוד המיני הנשי לאחר ארבעה שבועות – למרות שעדיין נטלו את אותה תרופה נוגדת דכדוך אשר גרמה לתסמינים המיניים הלא רצויים מלכתחילה – נשים בקבוצת הזעפרן חוו שיפור משמעותי בתפקוד המיני הכולל (FSFI), עוררות, סיכה וכאב.</p> <p>נראה כי זעפרן מהווה טיפול נלווה יעיל לניטרול תופעות לוואי מיניות שנגרמות על ידי נטילת תרופות נוגדות דכדוך.</p> <h2 class="orangetitle">תמצית זעפרן והפחתת דכדוך אחרי לידה</h2> <p>לידה של תינוק חדש מביאה הרבה שמחה והתרגשות למשפחה, אבל כרוכה גם בהרבה מאמץ ושינויים באורח החיים, חוסר שינה, לחץ ודאגה לרך הנולד, כל אלו עלולות לגרום לדכדוך.<br /> דכדוך לאחר לידה הוא הפרעה במצב הרוח שעלולה לפגוע בנשים, ולעתים גם בגברים, לאחר לידת תינוק. לפי הערכות במחקרים שונים, בין 5% ל-25% מהנשים סובלות מתסמיני דכדוך במהלך ההיריון או בשנה שלאחר הלידה, ובאופן מפתיע, כך גם בין 1.2% ל-25.5% מהגברים (רובם אבות טריים) [8]. תסמיני הדכדוך מופיעים בעיקר בחודשים הראשונים שלאחר הלידה, ועלולים להימשך חודשים ספורים ואף שנה.[9] לרוב, הדכדוך מתחיל כארבעה שבועות לאחר הלידה ונמשך עד כשישה חודשים לאחר הלידה.[10] תסמיני הדכדוך שלאחר הלידה יכולים להופיע בכל זמן לאורך השנה שלאחר הלידה[11] ועשויים לכלול את התסמינים הבאים (או את חלקם):</p> <ul> <li>עצב</li> <li>ייאוש</li> <li>הערכה עצמית נמוכה</li> <li>תחושת אשמה</li> <li>תחושת חוסר אונים</li> <li>הפרעות שינה, שבאות לידי ביטוי גם כשהתינוק ישן</li> <li>הפרעות אכילה, בעיקר חוסר תיאבון וירידה במשקל</li> <li>חוסר יכולת למצוא נחמה</li> <li>תשישות</li> <li>תחושת ריקנות</li> <li>הסתגרות חברתית</li> <li>אנרגיה נמוכה או אפסית</li> לידה יכולה גם:</p> <ul> <li>להתקשות לדאוג לעצמה או לתינוק.</li> <li>לפחוד להישאר עם התינוק לבד.</li> <li>להפגין רגשות שליליים כלפי התינוק או אף לחשוב על פגיעה בו</li> <li>לסבול או להפגין מדאגנות יתר מופרזות בנוגע לתינוק, או עניין מועט בו.</li> </ul> <h2 class="bluetitle">זעפרן ודכדוך אחרי לידה</h2> <p>בחודש מרץ 2017 פורסמו תוצאות של ניסוי קליני, בו נערכה השוואה בין הבטיחות והיעילות של זעפרן לבין פלוקסטין (פרוזאק), לטיפול בדכדוך לאחר לידה בדרגת חומרה קלה עד בינונית. מתוצאות המחקר נראה כי הזעפרן היווה אלטרנטיבה בטוחה לשיפור תסמיני דכדוך לאחר הלידה, אם כי המחברים מציינים כי מספר הנבדקים שהשתתפו במחקר היה מצומצם, ונדרש מחקר נוסף בנושא [12].</p> <h2 class="orangetitle">תמצית הזעפרן לשיפור איכות השינה</h2> <p>שינה עמוקה ואיכותית היא חיונית לתפקוד תקין ומיטבי לאורך כל היום, ובעידן המודרני התובעני זוהי מטרה נכספת. נראה כי בזכות תכונותיו המיוחדות, הזעפרן מסייע להרגעת הגוף ולשינה עמוקה.<br /> אחד המרכיבים הפעילים העיקריים של זעפרן crocin,, הראה במחקר קליני השפעה חיובית על שיפור השינה. מחקרים נוספים הראו כי מטבוליט של חומר זה תורם לשיפור איכות השינה ומפחית עייפות פיזית.</p> <p>, SAFFROX (ספרוקס) מכיל בנוסף לזעפרן גם מגנזיום (MAGNOX ) וויטמין B6 . בעוד המגנזיום מסייע להרפיית השרירים, ויטמין B6 נחשב מרגיע טבעי.<br /> בסך הכול, שילוב כל המרכיבים עשוי לסייע במצבים של בעיות שינה.</p> <h2 class="orangetitle">הקשר בין זעפרן לתסמונת קדם וסתית:</h2> <p><span style="font-family: Arial,
