Since I signed up with them, I can't remember when I had issues with server uptime. I couldn't edit and do other things. Going to support to have my IP re-instated is never a fun thing. Suport is swift whenever problems present themselves. GreenGeeks is something that everyone should use. I have no plans on leaving this great platform.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> At first, I was facing significantly slow memory problems. Ever since that happened, a bunch of my sites have decreased in performance. So I had to force myself to utilize caching plugins. Sites haven't been that bad in the few years I've been running them. I made a decision to pick them because of their committment to protecting the environment. Their online chat is great. E-mail service is fast in resolving any problems. They're even thinking of adding LetsEncrypt Wildcard certificates. Other hosting services would try to break down the basics so consumers would understand (a majority of them woldn't in the end).
