Wir bem&#252;hen uns weiter, Diversit&#228;t und Inklusion noch st&#228;rker in der DNA unserer Einrichtung zu verankern.</p> <p>Die Geschlechterausgewogenheit verbesserte sich 2020 bei den h&#246;heren Fachkr&#228;ften und den Fachkr&#228;ften. Dagegen blieb der Anteil von F&#252;hrungspositionen, die mit Frauen besetzt sind, unver&#228;ndert, wenngleich zwei der drei auf Managementebene von au&#223;en neu eingestellten Personen Frauen waren. Es wurden erhebliche Anstrengungen in der Bank unternommen, um die Ziele f&#252;r 2021 zu erreichen und Diversit&#228;t und Inklusion in alle wichtigen Prozesse der Personalabteilung einzubeziehen. Dennoch ist es nicht immer leicht, die n&#246;tige Motivation zu finden. Aber wenn ich nach dem Training aus dem Wasser komme, f&#252;hle ich mich jedes Mal gut. Jeder ist einzigartig und besonders. Wir m&#252;ssen unsere gegenseitigen St&#228;rken und Schw&#228;chen genau kennen, um gut spielen zu k&#246;nnen.</p> <p>Sport ist auf jeden Fall eine Form der Inklusion. Das kann auch bedeuten, sich mit anderen dar&#252;ber auszutauschen, wie wir das Leben mit unserer Behinderung besser meistern. Deswegen hilft Sport bei der Inklusion.</p> <p>Im Zusammensein mit anderen behinderten Menschen verstehen wir besser, was uns das Leben schwer macht und wie wir damit klarkommen.
