This is so that the application procedure can commence smoothly. Once application form has been submitted along with required documents as stipulated within the application form, a Letter of Offer (LOO) is issued to the applicant. The pre-assessment stage is an opportunity for the project team to clarify proposed design strategies prior to formal review submission i.e Actual Assessment stage. All Documentary evidences per submission checklist must be compiled accordingly for Actual Assessment stage review.</p> <p>The Actual Assessment review is done in accordance to the guidelines and criteria set by GreenRE and is performed by the both internal and external assessors. The project team involved in the development will be notified of any further clarification required during this assessment process. Once the project team has satisfied criteria and requirements stipulated, a Letter of Award and Provisional Certificate is issued to accredit the development</p> <div class="read_more"><a href="rating_tools"> <button>Find Out More >></button> </a></div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="all_stage stage_3"> <div class="stage_number">Stage 3:</div> <div class="grid-x grid-padding-x"> <div class="large-5 medium-6 small-12 cell"><a href="../img/process-image-3-1.jpg" data-lightbox="stage3"> <img draggable="false" src="../img/process-image-3-1.jpg" width="1414" height="2000" /> </a></div> <div class="large-7 medium-6 small-12 cell"> <div class="proccess_title process_title_3"> <h3>Site Verification Assessment</h3> <p>After the construction and completion of the proposed development, the applicant is required to submit a Site Verification Assessment Form (SVA). This needs to be done within six (6) months of buildings operation or 50% building occupancy whichever comes earlier. The maximum allowable time to commence site verification is within one (1) year of CCC. The Site Verification Form initiates the final step in the certification process, which includes the physical verification of the project (site verification).</p> <p>If all criteria and requirements agreed upon in the initial pre-assessment procedure is satisfactory and have been sufficiently executed, a final review is done by the Assessors and results will be notified. Thereafter, the building/project will need to undergo a <span style="letter-spacing: 1.008px;">renewal</span> progress. The <span style="letter-spacing: 1.008px;">renewal</span> process is to recognise the sustained performance in areas of energy and water efficiency, waste management, operations and management, and indoor environment quality.
