Association has full funding for needs-based scholarships to attendees who are members of historically oppressed communities. The 2019 <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nf_aD3dTloY">Driesnote</a> talks a bit about the diversity challenge in open source (starting around 31 minutes).
