On lit "Démarrer une nouvelle section" : on clique naturellement à cet endroit et un deuxième cadre s'ouvre indiquant "Rédigez ici votre message ...". Pour ma part, je suis donc allé sur ce second cadre rédiger mon message et je me demande une fois terminé comment faire pour le valider. À aucun moment, une note ne m'indique de remplir le premier cadre (dont j'ai entre-temps oublié la présence) et aucun bouton ne m'indique comment valider, d'où mes difficultés récurrentes depuis l'apparition de Flow sur wikipédia (Forum des nouveaux) pour arriver à y écrire le moindre message. Aurais-je une façon de penser unique, ou d'autres, dont tu jamais eu le moindre retour, ont préféré abandonner ? Dans ma vie professionnelle, j'ai eu des fonctions de formateur et lorsqu'un interlocuteur ne comprenait pas, je me mettais à son niveau de compréhension, quitte à décrire le B.A. BA le plus évident. Ici, les participants sont soit des geeks, soit des utilisateurs peu doués avec les nouveautés (je me mets dans cette case), soit des nouveaux qui essaient de bien faire et qui parfois abandonnent, faute de comprendre. De la même manière, pourquoi avoir créé un bouton "Ajouter un sujet" au lieu de "Enregistrer" ou "Valider" ? Qu'est-ce qui est le plus compréhensible par le plus grand nombre ? Sur Wikipédia en français, les trois boutons "Enregistrer les modifications", "Prévisualiser" et "Voir les modifications" sont très clairs, eux. Pour information, j'ai eu droit à mes débuts sur wikipédia à une formation personnalisée qui m'a heureusement permis de démarrer.
