Más allá de ser algo que se identifica con las curadurías que se suelen elaborar sobre Yampolsky, basadas en valores artísticos y estéticos, y en el documentalismo antropológico, este trabajo lee el archivo como algo que posee un lenguaje discreto, propio y diferenciado respecto de los discursos curatoriales evidentes que se montan tomando como punto de partida este archivo, y, por lo tanto, el archivo es repositorio de valores distintos que pueden empujar otro tipo de interpretaciones de la obra. Frente a la belleza, lo acabado, lo orgánico, lo perfecto del lenguaje evidente, el lenguaje discreto del archivo, enfatizando la mediación de la técnica fotográfica, propone la fragmentariedad, lo escópico, lo siniestro. De esta manera, resaltaremos la constitución de un relato planteado por diversas generaciones, que iría de la emergencia de una novela latinoamericana hasta su internacionalización. Dicho relato presenta, según los tres escritores, tensiones, hiatos y paradojas durante su evolución, las cuales buscaremos subrayar para comprender de un mejor modo las estrategias de los diversos (y reconocidos) agentes letrados por legitimarse en un panorama en plena expansión como el latinoamericano. A la vez testimonios y posicionamientos, los tres ensayos plantean una lectura de la tradición desde un presente determinado por exigencias editoriales, expectativas de público, mecanismos excluyentes de internacionalización que los autores asumen y atacan a la vez. Carlos Eduardo MASOTTA * Resumen: La muestra &quot;Fotos en el cuerpo: fotografía, memoria y archivos&quot; se realizó en Buenos Aires como cierre de un proyecto de investigación de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de Buenos Aires que dirigí entre 2008 y 2010. El proyecto consideró que la relación entre fotografía y memoria en la Argentina había adoptado una forma singular en referencia a las consecuencias del terrorismo de Estado de la última dictadura (1976-1983) y a las acciones del movimiento de derechos humanos desarrolladas hasta la actualidad. Desarrollo en este trabajo algunos comentarios en torno a esa experiencia. Palabras-clave: archivo; Argentina; derechos humanos; fotografía; memoria. Abstract: The exhibition &quot;Images in the body: photography, memory and archive&quot; was held in Buenos Aires as a result of a research project of the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2008-2010).
