Her background in human-computer interaction helps her conduct international user research to deliver insights that drive user and business success.</span></p> <p style="line-height:1.38"><span style="color:#000000">She started her UX career in the financial sector at Prudential Financial, where she designed web experiences for new and existing financial products. Prior to joining NN/g, Sara worked in enterprise product development at Apple.</span></p> <p style="line-height:1.38"><span style="color:#000000">Sara has experience applying UX methodologies throughout the product lifecycle to both early and late stage products across a variety of team structures. She enables successful outcomes by facilitating high-stakes discussions between business, design, and engineering. </span></p> <p style="line-height:1.38"><span style="color:#000000">When Sara is not in the office, she spends her time as a certified yoga instructor. She helps clients with unique needs, which informs her empathetic approach to user research and product design decisions.</span></p> <p style="line-height:1.38"><span style="color:#000000">Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Information with a concentration in User Experience from the University of Michigan.
