They only need to submit what is needed for the peer review process. Further details may be required at revision stage.</em> <em>Only when your paper is at the accepted stage, we provide the items required (language editing) for the publication of your article and we will put your paper into a 'correct format' for galley proof.</em>”</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Some points that authors still need to keep in mind:</p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>The core manuscript can be submitted as <strong>a single MS Word file</strong> with all the figures, tables within that file.</li> <li>Submissions <strong>must still be complete</strong>, with all key sections (Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusions, Figures and Tables with Captions).</li> <li>Main files are mandatory only at the <strong>revision stage.</strong></li> <li>Figures should be of <strong>high enough quality</strong> for refereeing.</li> <li>Tables should be in <strong>portrait orientation</strong>.</li> <li>Language must still be of a <strong>good standard </strong>but <strong>the paper will be checked by Language editors </strong>after acceptance<strong>.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Article Processing Charge (APC):</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">IJSOM is an open access journal, and has no charge for this purpose in which subsequently, your paper will have better and more visibility. However, the publication charge for covering some costs and recent constraints in budget, will be asked after final acceptance.
