18px;">自然资源部煤炭资源勘查与综合利用重点实验室（以下简称重点实验室）根据国土资发〔2012〕83号文件批准同意建设，是全国煤田地质系统唯一部级重点实验室，于2016年10月通过验收正式挂牌运行，2019年9月通过自然资源部的首次评估。</span></p><p><br/><span style="font-size: 18px;">重点实验室开展的主要工作方向之一为地热能高效可持续开发利用是，涉及地热能行业的基础研究、应用研究、工程化开发、科技成果产业化推广应用的技术服务以及与之配套的专利、专有产品的生产与供应。目前成功组建了自然资源部高层次科技创新团队、陕西省秦创原地热能高效利用“科学家+工程师”创新队伍，成功获批了陕西省“四主体一联合”地热资源勘查与低碳利用校企联合中心，打造高水平创新团队与平台开展地热能规模化开发利用关键技术攻关。</span></p><p><br/><span style="font-size: 18px;">重点实验室立足西部，面向全国，瞄准国际。面向我国经济社会可持续发展对能源技术革命的基本需求、瞄准国际前沿急需解决的关键技术问题，开展煤炭及煤系资源的绿色勘查、绿色开采地质保障及清洁高效综合利用领域的应用基础研究。建成集应用基础研究、先进技术开发与推广、高层次人才培养与汇集以及国际交流与合作为一体的科技创新平台。</span></p><p><br/></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>编委个人简介</strong></span></p><p><br/><span style="font-size: 18px;">张育平，西安交通大学博士，教授级高工，自然资源部煤炭资源勘查与综合重点实验室主任，德国亥姆霍兹环境研究中心国家重点实验室高级研究学者、国家注册监理工程师，为学术刊物《煤炭资源勘查与综合利用》副主编、中国矿业大学《矿业科学学报》、ENERGIES等杂志编委。负责全国煤炭系统唯一的独具特色的科研创新平台—自然资源部煤炭资源勘查与综合利用重点实验室，致力于地热能高效可持续开发利用研究与应用工作，创建了陕西省“四主体一联合”地热资源勘查与低碳利用校企联合研究中心、陕西省秦创原“科学家+工程师”创新队伍、陕西省地热能国际合作基地、陕煤地质集团-西安交通大学校企共建博士后流动站合作基地等6个科研平台。</span></p><p><br/><span style="font-size: 18px;">学术研究成果共发表论文30余篇，获发明专利30余项、软著5项，出版专著3部，曾获国家科技进步奖1项、省部级奖励7项，被评为“国土资源部 ‘十二五’科技创新与对外合作先进个人”“孙越崎优秀青年科技奖”“陕西省煤炭系统专业技术拔尖人才”“陕西省煤炭系统优秀科技工作者”。</span></p><p><br/></p><p><span
