id="intro">Introduction</h2> <p>The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) develops international Web standards: <abbr title="Hypertext Markup Language">HTML</abbr>, <abbr title="Cascading Style Sheets">CSS</abbr>, and many more. For example: HTML editors, content management systems (CMS), and websites that let users add content, such as blogs and social networking sites.
