music.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Since releasing her debut album <em>The Sound of White </em>in 2004 – a 12-time platinum triumph which spent a total of seven weeks at the top of the ARIA Albums Chart – Missy has gone on to become one of the highest selling singer-songwriters of our era, creating some of Australia’s most loved and recognised songs.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Influenced by a vast range of genres growing up, from R&B and soul to alternative rock, pop, jazz and more; Missy’s career began when her older sister Nicola famously entered her in Triple J’s Unearthed without Missy’s knowledge.
