We also recommend having the product professionally packed if you have not retained the original shipping container to prevent damages. USPS Shipments are not delivered to the loading dock and may incur significant receiving delays. Once Buffalo receives the part and verifies that it is correct and undamaged, we will send you a replacement at our expense via ground shipping. </p> <p>Unsolicited returns where an RMA was not established will be returned as-is, as will incomplete shipments, damaged shipments, and shipments of parts other than those for which the RMA was created.</p> </li> <li><strong>Advanced Return (Cross-ship)</strong> <p>After providing your Proof of Purchase to establish warranty entitlement, you will be given a link to our RMA Portal where you must provide a credit card to pay for the shipping method of your choice by which you will receive your replacement.
