Es bueno, tres días antes y después, estar al air libre, pasear y enfocarse en percibir la armonía de esos días. Son energías naturales que en exterior se sienten más fácilmente, aunque están en todas partes, también en interiores, pero aquí hay más distracciones y no se detectan con facilidad. Desgraciadamente nuestra mente se interesa por los excesos y desequilibrios, no por la armonía del equilibrio. Y lo mismo para los sistemas perceptivos, que aprecian menos el equilibrio. Aprender a percibir, sentir y gozar el equilibrio es más fácil en esos días. Esto es útil, pues la salud y la satisfacción provienen del equilibrio. Lo que sigue es una propuesta para gozar y sentir plenamente el equinoccio, como meditación formal. Pero no anula el interés de lo dicho, que es percibir y gozar al paso del equinoccio. Para la propuesta formal: Consulta la hora exacta del equinoccio. Realiza el ejercicio en coincidencia con la efeméride. Meditar durante la efeméride sirve para trabajar una armonía que tanto vitaliza y, a ser posible, percibirlo y volvernos más sensibles al equilibrio. En el momento exacto de la efeméride se le recuerda al cuerpo cuál es el equilibrio perfecto (del yinyang). Por ello propongo para los equinoccios una meditación del equilibrio, por un lado. Por otro, en el de primavera llega al máximo la energía de la madera, en el de otoño la del metal; sirve también la ocasión para conectarse con más facilidad con dicha fase de la energía, que se encuentra muy beneficiosa en dicho punto. Son dos meditaciones: la del equilibrio y la del elemento. Más importante la del equilibrio, la del elemento solo la amplía. Sigue la meditación del equilibrio; como anexo, más abajo, la de los elementos en su máximo anual. La energía solar se la puede sentir como un punto que efectúa un giro anual en el horizonte. Es un punto de emanación de la energía del sol que gira y emplea un año en completar la circunferencia del horizonte. Esto es, el sol viene representado por un punto sobre el horizonte que avanza un grado cada día. En el solsticio de invierno está a 0º, en el de verano a 180º. Solsticios y equinoccios vienen representados por puntos de la órbita de la Tierra, que se calculan astronómicamente, por eso tienen lugar en un momento concreto. Pero mirado desde la Tierra son posiciones del punto que representa al Sol sobre el horizonte. Por ello la meditación conecta con el Sol y con la región del espacio que en ese momento activa (el este en primavera, el oeste en otoño). Hacia él nos enfocaremos para encontrar el equilibrio. [Dicho punto de emanación también efectúa otras órbitas; así gira la circunferencia completa todos los días, partiendo de la medianoche solar a 0º; y lo mismo para todos los meses energéticos. Por otra parte, esto fue descubierto hace milenios, y es por tal motivo que la circunferencia se divide en 360º, como aproximación a tal ciclo solar. La divisoria tuvo lugar en Mesopotamia, entre los sumerios, aproximadamente 3.000 aC, y conformaba así un calendario solar ritual]. Para trabajar el elemento regente ampliamos lo anterior.
