One of the greatest benefits of working in web3 is the diversity and the ability to work across borders and countries which wouldn’t be easily achievable with a traditional tech business. From a tech perspective, working in this space is very different as well from deploying traditional web2 tech. The complexity and thoroughness required when deploying complex bits of code such as smart contracts can be overwhelming at times and requires a lot of discipline as unlike traditional technology rolling out changes, fixes, etc. are not as easy or favorable.
