way that we understand our Earth comes at a distance, seeing into places unviewable by the human eye. This month at EGU we have been learning more about these efforts, from <a href="https://egu.eu/47V5H0/" style="color: #0072BC;">tracking the growth and change of ice in the subsurface environment</a> to discovering <a href="https://egu.eu/0JEMXY/" style="color: #0072BC;">the role that geodesists have to play in our geoscientific landscape</a>.</p> <p style="line-height: 130%;">We also learned about the value in our diverse scientific landscapes, whether that is how we are <a href="https://egu.eu/69ZBSX/" style="color: #0072BC;">training the next generation of Arctic researchers</a>, discovering the <a href="https://egu.eu/915W46/" style="color: #0072BC;">value of science diplomacy</a> in science for policy work, tackling our need to <a href="https://egu.eu/7Y9YQB/" style="color: #0072BC;">dismantle the cis-het-white 'boys club'</a>, or <a href="https://egu.eu/1Z8XIY/" style="color: #0072BC;">building individual resilience</a> through personal growth, we know that the strength in our community comes from the range of people who are part of it.</p> <p style="line-height: 130%;">We also took time this month to<a href="https://egu.eu/6JH1BY/" style="color: #0072BC;"> thank all our amazing volunteers </a>- over 11,900 of you - from both the Union as a whole and from the <a href="https://egu.eu/8VCUG8/" style="color: #0072BC;">Publications</a>.
