target="_blank"><strong>徐矿总医院妇产科主任郝晓园：</strong></a>压力性尿失禁多发生在产后或者围绝经期的女性群体，咳嗽、打喷嚏时尿液不受控制地就出来了，或者感到有气体从阴道内排出等，这些情况大多数是因为盆底肌肉松弛导致。</p> <p> 　　轻度的漏尿有两种治疗方式，第一种为凯格尔运动，是通过锻炼盆底肌肉进行改善。第二种为点阵激光，可以重塑阴道的黏膜组织，对于轻度的漏尿患者也是很好的选择。对于中重度漏尿患者，目前效果最明显的方式就是漏尿手术，通过经阴道尿道中段悬吊术、阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术、人工尿道括约肌植入术等手术方式进行治疗。尿道悬吊术主要通过吊带的悬吊作用提高尿道阻力，从而达到治疗目的。手术一般10分钟左右，无痕无痛，术后第二天即可出院。</p> <p> 　　郝主任表示，遇到很多患有压力性尿失禁的女性总感觉难以启齿，讳疾忌医或乱用偏方，其实都是不正确的。一般情况下，通过漏尿手术仅仅十分钟就能解决漏尿的烦恼，并且该手术也被纳入医保范畴，真正惠及患者。</p> <p> 　　专家提醒，对于很多产后的妈妈而言，产后复健也十分必要。产妇在生产时承受了长时间的压力和拉伸，导致盆底肌肉松弛和功能减弱。而产后康复训练可帮助盆底肌肉恢复弹性和力量，加强核心肌肉。根据医生或康复师的建议，可进行适度的锻炼，预防尿失禁。</p> <p>        <strong>推荐：徐矿总医院妇产科主任郝晓园<br /> <br />
