<A name="11"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-10.htm#aramaic"><b>10</b></a></span>I have seen the task that LORD JEHOVAH gives the children men in which to be employed<p> <A name="12"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-11.htm#aramaic"><b>11</b></a></span>All that he does is beautiful in its time, and he puts eternity in their heart, so that a man will not find the work that LORD JEHOVAH does from the beginning and until the latter end<p> <A name="13"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-12.htm#aramaic"><b>12</b></a></span>I have known that there is no good in them but to gladden and do what is good in their lives <A name="14"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-13.htm#aramaic"><b>13</b></a></span>And also that every man may eat and drink and see good in all his work, this is the gift of LORD JEHOVAH <A name="15"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-14.htm#aramaic"><b>14</b></a></span>I have known that everything LORD JEHOVAH does shall be for eternity; there is nothing to add to it and nothing to subtract from it, and LORD JEHOVAH works that they shall be in awe of him <A name="16"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-15.htm#aramaic"><b>15</b></a></span>Whatever has already been, is, and all whatever shall be, has been for a long time, and God will seek the persecuted who is driven away<p> <A name="17"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-16.htm#aramaic"><b>16</b></a></span>And again I have seen under the sun the place of judgment: there is wickedness, and the place of righteousness: there is evil <A name="18"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-17.htm#aramaic"><b>17</b></a></span>I said in my heart:" the righteous and the wicked God judges, because there is a time for every matter and every work" <A name="19"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-18.htm#aramaic"><b>18</b></a></span>I spoke in my heart about the speech of the children men whom God created , and to show that they are as beasts <A name="20"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-19.htm#aramaic"><b>19</b></a></span>Mishap meets the children men and mishap of beasts; one mishap occurs to all; like the death of one, so dies also the other, and they all have the same Spirit, and there is no superiority of a son of man compared to beasts, for everything is futility <A name="21"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-20.htm#aramaic"><b>20</b></a></span>All go to one place; everyone was from dust and each returns to dust. <A name="22"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/ecclesiastes/3-21.htm#aramaic"><b>21</b></a></span>And who knows if the spirit of the children of men ascends above, and the spirit of beasts descends under the earth?
